Terms and Conditions for Business Partner Appointment:
1.    Commitments to Clients : The Business Partner (BP) shall be responsible for any false commitments made to clients during the course of business.
2.    Accuracy of Data : The BP is responsible for providing accurate data to the company, as supplied by the client, for the purpose of filing returns.
3.    Confidentiality of Client Data : The BP shall not disclose client data to any unauthorized person and is obligated to maintain confidentiality.
4.    Unauthorized Access to Company Applications :  The BP is prohibited from allowing unauthorized access to company applications, considering them as company property.
5.    Termination Clause :  The BP may be terminated as an authorized partner if inactive in business for a continuous period of three months.
6.    Confidentiality of Company Information : The BP shall keep the price list and company policies confidential and shall not share them with any third party.
7.    Office and Shop Expenses :  The company will not be liable for payment of office and shop rent or any employee salaries for the BP.
8.    Telephone and Internet Expenses : The company will not be responsible for covering any telephone or internet expenses incurred     by the BP.
09.    Certification and Attestation Work : The company retains exclusive rights to accept or reject any certification or attestation work       related to professionals such as CA, CS, and Advocates.
10.    Termination by the Company : The company reserves the right to terminate the services of the BP if they breach any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions or engage in misconduct with clients.
By accepting this appointment, the Business Partner agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the partnership.
