Our founder, Mr. Rahul Kumar Goyal, is a Chartered Accountant, of 2014 batch, and he successfully completed his LLB in 2021. Engaged in practice since 2015, Mr. Goyal has demonstrated his commitment to continuous learning by completing various certificate courses conducted by the CA Institute. With extensive knowledge in Indian Direct and Indirect Taxation, he specializes in conducting Audits. Mr. Rahul excels in handling litigation matters, particularly in the realm of indirect tax. His passion lies in resolving his clients' business problems by providing innovative and strategic solutions.

Our Co-founder, Mr. Arjun Sethi, is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, of 2016 batch and he further augmented his qualifications by obtaining an LLB in 2022. Mr. Sethi, engaged in practice since 2017 and he established himself as an expert in the realms of Taxation, Finance, and Litigation. His proficiency in these areas is reflected in the quality service he has provided to thousands of clients over the years.

Beyond his client-focused work, Mr. Sethi generously imparts his knowledge by delivering various lectures on Accounting and Taxation matters. Mrs. Nisha Sethi serves as the Company Secretary, having graduated in the batch of 2013, and she furthered her qualifications by completing her LLB in 2013. Engaged in practice since 2015, she has been a dedicated professional in the field. Additionally, she is an authorized trademark attorney since 2017.

Mrs. Nisha possesses specialized knowledge in Company Law and IPR. She oversees numerous compliance issues in Company Law and manages litigation matters on behalf of the company. Her expertise extends to providing valuable advice in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, where she handles various trademark, patent, and other IPR-related cases with precision.
